Cuttabl is a subscription service that generates SVG cut files from text prompts. By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use Cuttabl.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

All plans include a commercial license to use generated SVG files on physical products you sell (e.g. vinyl decals, T-shirts, tumblers, tote bags).

The Pro plan additionally allows you to sell the digital SVG files themselves — for example as Etsy digital downloads — without Cuttabl branding.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Cuttabl service itself or represent our generation technology as your own product.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your card details.

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans — if you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund you in full.

Each plan includes a monthly design allowance as described on the pricing page. Allowances reset on your billing anniversary date. Unused designs don't carry over.

Fair use applies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are being used in a way that is clearly outside normal personal or small-business use.

You agree not to use Cuttabl to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or remove generations that violate these guidelines.

We aim to keep Cuttabl running reliably, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates. We're not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email. Continued use of Cuttabl after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
